One-to-one pilates sessions

In a one-to-one session the Pilates exercises are tailored to your individual needs. You can progress at your own pace and address your own particular aims in every session.

One-to-one sessions last for one hour and are usually once per week. If you want to practice during the week I can provide you with guidance for this.

One-to-one sessions are held in your own home.

One-to-one is a great way to learn Pilates: every exercise is just right for you.

Fees

From £30 per hour.
