Small Groups

I teach small groups (usually 2-5 people) in your own home.  Sessions generally last one hour and are held once per week.

Each class provides conditioning for the whole body.

Groups are kept small to ensure a high level of personal attention: where certain exercises are not suitable for individuals, alternatives are given.

All equipment is provided.
